BTEC Level 1/Level 2 Tech Award
Effective Digital Working Practices
Effective Digital Working Practices is the examined component of the BTEC Tech Award in Digital Information Technology (DIT). It covers how modern organisations use digital systems to communicate, collaborate, and operate — and the responsibilities that come with that.
Topics include digital communication and collaboration tools, flexible and inclusive working, cyber security, data regulation, and the ethical considerations organisations face when operating digitally. You'll develop the ability to analyse real-world digital scenarios and make reasoned judgements about the systems involved.
This is the component assessed by external examination, so thorough revision is essential.
